Bridging Heaven & Earth, God & People

You may be asking, “Could Jesus love me?”

He does love you.  He loves you so much that He died for you.

When Jesus went to the cross, He took all of our sins upon Himself.  Nothing you do surprises Him or is beyond the scope of His forgiveness.

Jesus wants you to have a personal relationship with Him.

Jesus wants you to know Him as a personal friend.

You may ask, “How is that possible?”

It all starts with a prayer which you can do right now.

God our Father lives in heaven and if we want to live with Him forever in heaven, we have to receive His son Jesus Christ and accept His work on the cross, where He took our place.

We all should have gone to hell because we are not perfect.  But Father God created us as His children, and He gave us a free will to choose to love Him and return to Him through belief in His Son, Jesus Christ – the only Way!

Pray this prayer to accept Jesus Christ, the son of the Living God, as your personal Saviour and mean it from your heart.  God will hear you and save you.  He will take your sins and your sorrows and give you peace and joy.

PRAYER: Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and I need you as my Lord and Saviour.   Jesus, I change my mind, I believe that you are the Son of God and that you died and rose from the dead to save me from my sins and to give me eternal life in heaven.  I give you my life and from this day forward I will serve you.   Thank you for hearing my prayer and coming into my life to-day. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

The Bible in Acts 2:21 says, “Whoever calls on the Name of the Lord will be saved.”

Romans 10:9-10 says, "Because if you agree with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart, (That is, the spoken word of faith which we proclaim) for with the heart one believes, and this results in being made right with God, and with the mouth one agrees, and this results in salvation."

PRAYER:  "I now confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead.   I am now reborn! I am a Christian – a child of Almighty God!  I am saved!"

There is an additional experience to salvation and that is the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in a prayer language.  The Holy Spirit comes to live in us when we are saved and God gives this incredible gift to His children, the ability to pray right on target and not pray amiss.  It is actually God praying the perfect prayer through you back to Himself.   Praying in a prayer language takes us out of our finite, limited, natural mindsets and into the mind of Christ – who knows all, sees all, hears all and understand all.  We are told in the Bible to build up our most sacred faith, praying by the leading of the Holy Spirit, and to keep ourselves in the sphere of God’s love, and receive the mercy of our Lord Jesus the Anointed One which gives eternal life.

As a believer you must sense God’s presence even in the midst of the corruption and decay of this fallen world.  When you have this type of close, intimate relationship with your heavenly Father, you discover that every fiber of His being is love.  His thoughts toward you are loving, kind and merciful.   You experience unspeakable joy when you see Christ for who He really is – the Lord of all – and allow Him to breathe His life into your spirit.

The Bible says in Luke 11:13:  “So then, if you know how to give good gifts to your children although you are evil, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!”

PRAYER:  "Lord I ask you to fill me with your Holy Spirit.  Holy Spirit rise up within me as I praise God.  I fully expect to speak with other tongues as You give the utterance in Jesus’ Name. Amen!"

Begin to praise God for filling you with the Holy Spirit.  Speak those words and syllables you receive – not in your own language, but the language given to you by the Holy Spirit.

You have to use your own voice.  God will not force you to speak.  Worship and praise Him in your heavenly language – in other tongues.  Continue with the blessing God has given you and pray in tongues every day.

You are a born-again, Spirit filled believer.  You’ll never be the same!  Find a good church and become a part of a church family who will love and care for you as you love and care for them.  We need to be connected to each other.  It increases our strength in God.  It is God’s plan for us.
